Awesome list for blog commenting.
I have checked all the blogs manually and sorted out blogs of my niche. Now will start communicating with authors through comments and never spam for building links because I know, authors simply reject my comments if its a marketing pinch rather than value adding to blog post.
Well forum is a great way to get regular traffic but it takes a lot of time to get around at forums, becoming known and then posting your links.
